The big difference there, is that the G-tech takes aerodynamics into account. The dyno dosen't. If you were to 'adjust' that, I imagine you'd see it in the 210+ range... It's also not doing much adjusting or anything. It's just telling you that if the car weighs X, and your made it to Y in Z ms, then you're hp has to be A.
