Depending on what you want to pay is going to determine the header you get. I had the SCDYNE and it wasnt bad, the gaskets were a pain but other than that pretty good. GM makes a manifold that will give you 6 hp or something? The Jason Smith header is pretty nice too. I might go with the jason smith because its black and i like to keep things simple and stock looking under the hood. The SMS and CTI Headers are really nice looking but a bit too pricey for the performance for my taste. I havnt heard of any dynos from the SMS or CTI either but with there quality it should be nice.
