if it's not the fuse under the hood your best bet is take a volt meter and make sure you are getting power to the fuse.. if you have power to the fuse next go inside the car and right above where your feet sit their should be a rectangle shaped grey box...
it is your PSCM (power steering control module).. their should be 3 connectors on it.. blue,black,grey.. the blue and the black one should look the same.. fisrt check the black clip.. it will have 2 conneters in it.. now if you are looking at the connecter with the clip facing up the top connecter is the power one and the bottom one is the ground... if you are getting a 12v signal from the power one and a ohom reading for the bottom one your ok their...
now check the blue connecter and these are your motor control wires... same procces for them like the above clip.. make sure the clip peice on the connecoter is facing up and the top one is your power and the bottom one is your return power from the motor... if you get a voltage reading from them then your ok their
before you try any of that try to dissconnect the battery make sure it wasn't just a fluke thing
