Yep, the "U" and "L" are the 2 digit versions and are not as specific. They are mainly used for 2 tone applications, hence the "U" for "Upper" and "L" for "Lower" If you go by them and punch in the code, like say for example "85 U" the computer would bring up every code 85 that GM has ever had, which is usually about 50-100 different colors over the years. The "WA" #s are much more specific and accurate.
