stock intake box tubeing??

I just recently got the aem sri and I left the stock intake box on.But i wanted to take the tubing that connects to the intake box. there is 2 sections,i already took off the section that goes up in the wheel well. I just can't get that piece off that connects to the intake box,i can't get a rachet or a screw driver up there to loosen that clamp holding it down to the intake box. HELP!!
