The anti-freeze is good to -20... not -318! Also, do you plan on shutting the car off ever? How will you get this stuff out once it's in there? Just wait for it all to boil out before shutting the car off? If you get the intake temps too low, the intercooler pump will shut off as well.

Rice's box with dry ice is pretty good, I'd start with that if I were you, but if not, let us know how it goes!
