I'm in Chicago. It's all of a sudden too, I mean there are always lots of people around. It's also spring break around here for the colleges and the high schools, AND the NCAA tournament was going on. All of this along the interstate I take into Chicago.
I've only seen 2 SRTs around here. One I see a few times a week, same guy, black SRT. Actually, I guess I've seen more than 2, not many, like 2 black ones, and a red one. Maybe one or two more. Most of the people are thinking they've got an easy kill. I've only seen 1 other Redline around here too. A black one driving through Schaumburg.
I did catch one of those lime green quad-coupes with the Redline wing on it this morning. Seen a couple of the quad coupes.
These things on the highway were total pieces of crap. I mean the green, older one had the front clip hanging almost to the ground, and the rear spoiler was missing in the middle, must have been for aerodynamical reasons!
The redish, newer Talon had a body kit, but it was filthy, and the bottom of all the ground effects were cracked and frayed. From behind, I thought the Talon would be a good race, even thought it might take me with all the 'work' done to it. I'm not sure that either were turbos, I THINK the green one was, not sure though.
They were just looking for easy kills on a Saturn with a body kit...
