My best advice is to get a photobucket.com account (it's free, and takes about 25 seconds to sign up) then upload all your pics, and it even has the "IMG" tags in it so all you do is copy the [img*]blablabla[/img*] (without the stars - those are there so it doesn't try to link blablabla) and viola, your pictures are up. If they're too large, there may be a couple of things; they may be BMP or GIF files - those take up more space. Or if they're JPEG's, they're probably just toooooo huge, and pictures that are wider than the page are obnoxious, so just resize them. Observe:
