Kind of off topic, but I am too lazy to make a phone call. The filets came out outstanding Bill. Marinating 2 days FTW! You need to remind me to give you one of these turkeys I have in my freezer. I need to make some space.
Do we have a round-about total for people attending NOPI from this forum yet?
