^lol...i thought you were saying it was slo cause it was heavy...
its the wastegate actuator that controlls the wastegate, and the wastegate actuator is controlled by the ECU with the boost solenoid. People put Manual Boost Controllers (MBC's) to trick teh actuator into allowing more boost by staying shut. most actuators are set to open the wastegate at 14psi, so the MBC takes the 23psi, and leaks off a bit of pressure to fool the actuator from opening. But, The ecu can controll it better for partial boost and partial throttle applications...
