1) The stage 1 and 2 calibrations are the same
2) There is no hub on the s/c in stock form. The hub comes in the stage 2 kit
3) Depends on which 76mm pulley you want. Nate makes pulleys that fit the stage 2 hub in various sizes while other company's produce their own hubs.
All hubs are press-fit on, just like the factory pulley.
