I did take that off but I know for sure I put it back on. I thought that could still be the problem so I took it back off, scuffed up the metal alittle and put it back on and made sure I didnt have it shorting out on anything and still no luck. My luck the car will just start when they go to fix it and they wont do anything to it and then when I get it home it wont start again. Yes, I have that luck and its happened many times!
