If I were you, I'd spend a little more time browsing these forums. Theres been a lot of doubt in Intense's abilities. Most of their tunes run lean. They make their kits produce the most power with the least amount of reliability. There are much better ways to acheive good power numbers than just blindly throwing in big injectors and a tiny pulley. As far as a 2.7 w/o machining goes, it depends on who makes the pulley system. Some will fit without machining, some wont.
