I have only seen two so far. One was just below harrisburg on I-83 heading north, but he had MD or VA plates.
The other one was in Shamokin Dam. The car was either black, or gray. It looked like it was lowered a couple inches, and I don't remember if it had other wheels or not. It was really nice looking though, I do remember that much. I think there was a good looking girl driving it also.
So anyway, who all is from PA, so we can get a few friendly races together. No, actually I just wanna see the car up close thats all.
