Custom Fiberglass sub box for sale

Hey guys...

This is a cross-post. I put this up for sale in the NE forum, but wondering if it might get a hit here.

If anyone knows a Cobalt guy/gal interested, please pass on.

I'd rather not sell it on ebay. So here goes.

Anyone in the market for a custom fiberglass sub box (BLUE)?

I'm asking $75. Please contact me if you want more info or you're interested.
Thanks!

What size subs fit in there???

How does it fit/go in?? Does it just slide up against the back of the rear seats?

snobrdrdan,

Most 10" subs will fit in there, but some of the massive-basket type subs will be too large to fit in the center cutout. You can safely mount a JL W-series (except for the W7 and maybe the W6v2) woofer in there, or something like I had (Cadence Z-series). Before I mounted it "sunk" in my false floor, I did have it facing towards the trunk, with the back snug up against the back seat. It will fit between the rear shock towers with no problem.

Let me know if you have any questions, or if you know what 10" subs you planned to use. I still have the three Cadence subs (like brand new) in case you need a matched trio for the box.

Thanks!
