What wire is which?

This is a dumb question. I swapped out the rear deck speakers and put in some heavy duty 6x9s. I am planning on cutting off the connectors and just soldering the wires to the speaker terminals. My question is...which is negative and which positive? They are labeled A and B...any suggestions? Thanks guys...
