Ok guys I need lots of help on this one. I want to put a new system in my car. I want it to have more bass than anything else. All I really know is name brand stuff. But I know that there are better things out there that are not as popular or what ever. Well help me please...

lol didn't we go over this already? Alpine is good. Soundstream, JL Audio (good but expensive) I would say go with a 1000watt amp and either 1 15" or a pair of 12"'s. That should give you all you need.

I have a 600watt Kicker amp and 1 12" Alpine Type-R, and it rattles the shit out of my car.

i've been out of the 'boom boom' loop for a bit but i always perferred a sealed box as opposed to a ported. i LOVE JL speakers. I had 2 12" WO's w/ a 300w JBL amp to start. That setup got jacked(scumbags!) I stepped up to 2 12" W3's with a JBL 600w amp(loud enough to set off almost all car alarms). That setup is still sitting in my room and has now doubled as a cat scratch post... I would imagine one or two JL W7's w/ a 1000+w amp would be more than enough to satisfy your needs. Though W7's can be expensive i'm sure in an open air cab(like the vue) they would sound amazing.

I have persoanally never been a fan of Sony car audio. Seems to break faster than most other brands.

I had a Kenwood 920watt amp for like 4 years, and the only problem that I had was a blown fuse every now and again. I am a big fan a Kenwood though. Thats the brand of DVD player i've got.
