Cool Custom Looking Sub Boxes

Saw this on ebay the other day.....a company that makes sub boxes that have a custom tailored front panel for different cars

Looks very custom/clean IMO

The box for the Cobalt should fit perfectly right into a Ion/Redline:

That does look sweet. Are you sure it would fit In the Redline?

Looks good, but I can go out and built something like that for about 20 bucks. All they did was build an MDF box and cut the front baffle to the shape of the trunk profile, easily done with a posterboard template and a jigsaw. Def not worth 110 bucks. Now if it was a custom fiberglass molded box, then it might be worth it.

I was thinking the same, just jigsaw a 1/4" board, wrap it, fasten, and boom, done.

Hey I never said it couldn't be done......I know it's just a trim plate added to a sub box

I was just saying that it was cool for the guys that don't have the tools to do it or might be too lazy to do it

And I'm pretty sure the space is the same between the wheel wells for the Cobalt & the Ion

The rest of the shape of the trunk might be a little different, but this isn't a perfect form fitting box & should work
