Problem

Ok, So I put a new sound system in my 06 RL. Instead of using a wiring harness I ran all new wires. After i installed all of it to include an amp I tried to start my car and the key will not turn. The only thin I did was unplug the FACT. radio and I undid the batt for about 15 min. I have a call in my dealer but they have not called me back yet.

Well I'm sure you didn't lock the steering wheel, I would hope that is the first thing you tried.

make sure you release the tension on the steering wheel which can block turning the key in some cases.

Yeah mine does this all the time. Just shake the steering wheel back and forth and wiggle the key while turning it. It's really annoying because it always does it when I'm in a hurry!

I did, meaning move the steering wheel. I called Saturn on Sat and they came and towed it to the dealership. The tech stated that the lock (ign) jams or freezes. Thanks for a warranty. And thank you all for trying to help.
