w00t! It Was a Blast!!

there, they finally loaded up the photos! it was so much fun, i can't wait till the next event. i already have my little air pump ready and i bought the 4 point racing harness a few other guys here have bought.

next big thing to buy is a new driver seat, because the 07 leather seats suck.

i'm also on a wieght loss regiment, my fat butt might not fit into new sport seats. i hardly fit into my borther's solstice gxp.

i need to get a helmet, too. any advise?

Nice pics! Where those taken by the camera man? I had my gf take pics of this weekends event but when I looked them over none of them even looked decent...

As far as helmets go most people go with a Snell SA approved helmet. They can be expensive but how much is your grape worth?

Scroth +4 Harness and G-Force Hybrid Helmet are a hard combination to beat for what they are.

I got the Schroth Rallye 3 and love it, easy to hide and easy to get set up.

SOLO II requires a Snell M-rated helmet, which are cheaper. A Snell SA- rated helmet will cost more, but is also suitable for track days and other events that don't allow the lower rated M helmets.

I got an SA-2005 for under $100 from www.apexperformance.net, not the sexiest or the fanciest, but it fits well and meets the requirements!

BigBrother said it.

I always show people what I do and they are like eh. Then they try it and are usually hooked.

Glad you had fun.

haha, no! i picked the wrong class and i was running against corvettes and evo's and sti's.

more than anything else i was just trying to stay in the car. those stock seats suck. but i think scroth rallye 4 will keep me in place. it was a pretty easy install.

you gonna go to the moroso thing they have at thier kart track? i wanted to go, but i'll be in the keys that weekend.
