Of late, all I've been seeing is shit for the RL. The only reason the 2.2L has support is b/c it was in the Cavi's and Sunfire's all of our parts have to be adapted over from those other than that...we got dick aside from a bigger rim selection they have rim selection envy"-Anonymous

you dont. the racers have a modified twisting beam to permit this we build them here PITA so stay stock with a rear sway bar added (not too big) and you will be happy...maybe. The front gains negative camber as you lower the car, the rear does not (its a beam)

The rear wheels can be 'shimmed' to get negative camber (and even some toe adjustment if you want it -- a different, mpore expensive 'shim' kit). According to the factory manual, the rear spec is 0.8 degrees of negative + or - 0.75 degrees -- which means you can run 1.5 degrees of negative in the rear and stay within the SCCA rules (for DSP & SM).

I should add that it works well.

shimming individual wheel bearing bolts or even two on a cobalt/ion is a sure way to break bolts and hurt yourself...the twisting beam mounting pivot bushing is so soft it really doesnt matter what you do for alignment at the back in terms of toe in and the rear of the fwd doesnt need any more grip so why bother with negative camber. the grand am racers dont run hardly any rear negative camber and they dont use cobalt ion wheel bearings, and use a seperate alloy sandwich plate for camber/toe adjustment between the twsiting beam plate and the wheel bearing
