Racing seats

So I am looking into buying some racing seats. As many of you may or may not know I auto-x and do track events regularly. I plan on doing a few more events this summer than last. I think a nice racing seat witha 5 point harness will make an excellent perfomance mod. I am looking at the brands and Recaro comes to mind first and would love to just get one no questions asked but they do not offer the brackets for the RL.

I was also looking at Gravana and they have 2 Tenzo seats with sliders and brackets http://www.gravanatuning.com/applica...ackets_Sliders

Has anybody tried or seen the Tenso seats? Are they a good quality seat?
2 Tenzo's for the price of one Recaro is tempting. I am most conserned about quality.

Those are essentially the same seats (with no leather) you have have in your car with the exception that they can use a 5 point harness. They are reclinable "padded" racing seats. Maybe you want to move for one-pieces? I dont know if you want real "lightweight" racing seats you should probably go for the one piece (maybe sparco; they are expensive though). Most of these seats are probably made by a single company in china and rebranded; decent enough but... worth 600+ bucks? (shipping is $100.00 for GROUND). Probably not.

Arent' there any adapters to use a 5point harness on regular seats? (don't know just asking).

Forgot to add: None of these seats will match your back seats (did you remove them?)

A buddy of mine had these in his Galant, yes I said Galant and yes he was a ricer! They feel extremely similar to the recaro's that we have, but to me they felt a little firmer and slightly less comfortable.

If I were to get these seats I would just get the black ones. They dont have to match.

As for using a 5 point harness with the regular seats, I am not sure about that. I will ahve to got to a local race shop and look into that.

The price doesnt seem all that bad for 2 seats with brackets.

As for comfort I would still like them to be adjustable because the car is my daily driver and I dont want to be hugging the steering wheel on my daily commute.

A firmer, tighter seat is the whole point. Maybe if I could get a five point harness for the stocker's. That may be the thing to try first.
