First auto-x of the season.

Ran my first auto-x of the season Sunday. Ran D stock. Actuall had some competition this time. Srt-4, IS300, and Speed Protegia. I think the Srt might have beated me overall but the other guys didnt seem to get that close. Ended up getting five passes. My third run was the best with a time of 63.77. The coarse was pretty long and really tight. Nice hard technical course. As soon as they post pics and times Ill transfer them over here. If any of the local Cincy guys or southern Ohio guys want to check it out and maybe run the web site is www.cincyautox.org.

Results are in for the track on Sunday. Unfortunately my decent times seem to be missing. Dont know what happened but oh well.

I ran D stock. Kind of aggrevating since I wasnt in the system my first two runs. The first two were better than the last two. Oh well always next weekend.

Are they always on Sundays? That kinda sucks. I'd love to try some Auto-x, but Sunday is church day. If it was in the afternoon, I'd do it. Oh well.

Ya there almost always on Sunday. I think he hit a cone that run to. Must not have gotten recorded. I just try and go Saturday night or prey for forgiveness the following Sunday. The CSCC only meets up once a month. If you look hard enough youll see some on Saturday.

There's a driving school for my club this weekend, and then a test and tune friday April 7th, and the first race on the 8th.... mmmm.... first race... I might drop $100 and hit up the test and tune on Friday... that should be lots of track time and a BIG advantage on Saturday morning.

Haha, yeah, I'd do that too, except I play keyboard for the band at church, so it's not as easy for me to miss a Sunday here or there. I'll have to double check the list for the Saturday ones. I'd definitely like to go out there with you sometime!

Ill check around and see if there isnt anything on Saturday. There are usually some through out the year. Ya Spoon it was cold and they were running way behind. Didnt get started till noon. But it was the first race of the year and I enjoyed every minute of it.

I know there are SCCA sponsored Auto-X on some Saturdays at Wright State University here in Dayton. But, I am not for sure on that.
