It's very nice. You don't even budge, a little bit, when you're carving a corner of flooring the brakes. Not the most comfy thing in the world, but it seems to work well.

You've got some debris on the floor . . . you'll need to get that out of there to pass inspection :P

At least you've got a quick-release on that, that's nice. My buddy Travis put 5-point belts in his Sierra (I know, unnecessary) and his you had to friggin' ratchet down every time, just a pain in the ass.

Maybe you could flip $2 to one of the 8 or so million illegals in the country to clean the bitch out once a week.

Give me a 2 1/2 month harness review, Please.

Hey Sp00n,
How about a review of the ralley 4 harness since you have had it in for over 2 months now. I have the budget built up for some car shit (just got a new Pyrotec SA2005 helmet) and the harness is at the top of the list. Do you leave it in all the time or throw it in before going to an event? Does it interfere with the stock seat belt system at all?

I like it alot.

It's quite effective at holding you into the seat. It does have a few 'comfort' issues, but I expect that with something like it.

I never take it out. The bolts are a pain to get to, if you had to do it over and over again, and it sorta comes apart in the car and can be tucked away. The ring that I attached to the left lapbelt needs to be honed out about .001" to get it to fit right.

Takes about 5 seconds to drop it into a position that is 95% out of the way. and even without unhooking anything it tucks out of the way completely. Depending on your body type, you might feel a little uncomfortable with it just tucked out of the way, but not me.

Only interferes with the stock belts if you don't tuck it out of the way 'correctly' when you're done racing. If not, the first time you try and put the seatbelt on you'll find that the harness is across part of the shoulder belt, but would still go on easily for a 'cop check' situation.

Hasn't done anything the spots where it rubs on the seats at all, nor has it taken any wear damage yet. I've only used it like 4-5 races now though.

All in all, a big thumbs up. Mind you, I have nothing to compare it to, in terms of personal experience, but I think it works well, doesn't do anything but help me drive, and if I had to buy another harness, it would be this one, unless someone can show me a MAJOR reason to get a different one.
