no, not close to being out of warranty, i got it extended. its to i think 75,000 or so.

hrm well that's definitely something to check for the entire breakdown (year/mileage), that's a major help with the mileage on it

well you're saying you 'think' you have 75,000, i'd verify that, then verify how many months are on it (I think there's a 48/75k, and a 60/75k) still losin ya? :P

well, if you do then maybe I don't have to explain at Saturn of Carlisle Pike that there's 2 Robert Williams' with a redline. hahaha. that gets so damn tiresome after a while.
