2005 ION Redline Show Car Yellow 19" RIMS

Thinking about selling my ION Redline. Figured I'd post her on here before posting it up on eBay. It's the HANES show car configured by LJ Garcia. When it was sold it was badged all over the place with HANES stickers which I've completely debaged. The car has just under 11,500 miles right now with the 36,000 mile warranty still in tact. When I first got this car it needed a good amount of work to get it completely street ready, but she's ready now. Here are some of the specs:
  • 2005 ION Redline with under 11,500 miles warrantied
  • Custom BASF bright yellow exterior with black roof
  • Custom Wide Body Aerogear 12 Piece Kit (One of a kind) They don't make this kit anywhere!
  • Custom Aluminum Front Grill
  • DP Racing 19" LJ01 19 X 9 RIMS
  • FALKEN GRB FK-451 tires still with good tread
  • Thermal R&D Catback Exhaust (Made specifically for the redline)
  • Weapon-R Intake
  • Ingalls Stiffy Torque Damper (To help reduce wheel hop)
  • B&M Short Throw Shifter
  • Custom Tan Suede Interior with black leather recaro seats
  • 7" In Dash DVD Player with integrated bluetooth and iPod connection to control it through the touch screen display. Also has USB, SD Card and video/audio connections to hook up a gaming system which is mounted in the glove box
  • Carbon Fiber Hood
  • Carbon Fiber Trunk
  • Carbon Fiber Spoiler
  • AC Autotechnic Boost Guage mounted above steering wheel
  • Also have AC Autotechnic Air/Fuel Ratio, Tach, Water Pressure, and oil pressure guages in a box since they were never hooked up
  • Custom audio system and sound enclosure by Kustom Rydes in the back with 2 Audiobahn Subs and 2 Amps(One for each)
  • Audiobahn component sets as well

The rear bumper has a few cracks that need to be fixed up along with a chip of the paint on the bottom of corner of the bumper. One amp isn't working and could easily be repaired or replaced cheap on eBay.

I am asking for 13,800 OBO. There is easily over 18,000 invested in to this car. I hope to sell this to someone with intent to show the car because it really is show worthy. I am located outside of Philadelphia. If anyone is interested in taking a look first or test driving let me know.

FAIL!

Why does everyone feel like they need to take a shot at this car every time it is mentioned?

I think it looks tight. If I was shopping for a RL I would consider buying it. If I did I would post pics of it in every thread until people took the time to appreciate it.

Thanks for some props ebristol. Everyone who has seen this car in person loves it. Most people ask me what kind of car it is and are amazed to hear it's a Saturn.

Yes, it is carbon fiber trunk and parts of it were painted, some of the carbon fiber still shows.

I didn't like it with all the stickers all over it, but damn, man, it looks good like it is. Reminds me of the One Lap SC2... I'll pass this on to some other forums, if that's okay.

I like the overall look of the car except the big wing. It may look better in person, but the pictures do not make it fit the car.
