I had a 2000 saab 9-5 aero 5-speed.
got it for 4500$ with 110,000 miles sold it with 180,000 miles and didnt leak,or burn anything, ran like new, never a problem and was fast and fun to drive too
the aero has the viggan motor in it,had heated and cooled leather seats, loaded to the gills.the original sticker was 46,000$ and it got over 30 mpg too.
I did a stage 3 to it,exhaust, downpipe and tune and had about 300hp because of gearing, not great from a dig but boy from a roll that thing flew.
Things to look for, make sure it has the#9 pvc recall done, they were know to cake up in the oilpan, make sure the owner has service records for oil changes, and stuff like that, the throttle body tend to go because the wiring inside gets crusty, and the pixals on the information center always go.but its all easy, cheap stuff to fix.
