There are motor mounts, torque braces, and control arm bushings. All of them are working to prevent the motor and axles from bouncing, hopping, and breaking.

Mounts and bushings will work very well, but the will transmit noise and vibrations. Braces work well, but not as well as the mounts. In my opinion. However there is almost no noise or vibration transmitted inside the car, and are alot simpler to install.

I'll let Cynic, Goofy Guy or Vita correct me, but the front and rear torque brace setup will result in less engine movement, but will of course cost more. I'm not sure what they do to the actual driving experience.

close but no. They dont affect driving all they will affect is the launch and ability to put power to ground. The have no other affects. I have heard about they can remove some bounce from some brands of springs as well. The unit only suspends the movement of the engine and trans so the stock mounts dont allow wheel hop or the motor mounts to steal a power shift.

I would suggest a single brace or a double brace, if you plan on lots of stop light drags, or an occasional trip to the drag strip here and there. If you are going to be spending alot of time racing, or drag racing, or just want the best of the best. You'll need almost all of the above. They all work slightly differently.

My previous experience with Cynic has shown that he is willing to ship to Canada. He's a pretty "stand-up" guy from what I can tell.
