Joining the forums, 2004 Ion Redline

Well I bought a smashed up 2004 Ion Redline from down in Albany NYC a couple weeks ago. It arrived at my home in PEI Canada today. I am currently over in Afghanistan so now I have to wait till I get home to see it and start my work on it. Im curious to see if it has any modifications done to it. Other then the tacky decals on it that are going to have to be removed.

She has some work, but it will be a nice car when finished.

Where exactly in Canada are you? If you don't want the aero wing I will trade you for my small one if you are close enough.

In Prince Edward Island, the maritimes. I will have to wait and see when I get home what I like and dislike, and then maybe we will see

yuk.....and you look like a girl with good taste..lol...i debadged my redline the day i got it home!!..red pinstripes/ion badging/redline badging...''supercharged decals....all went in the trash!!....looks like this car has the 'comp' package...would love to see under the hood to see if theres any motor/s/c damage!..surprised that the airbags are still intact!..good luck with it man..i love my car!!

there was no comp pack in 2004. it wasnt till late 05 that the comp pack appeared.. it has to have the amishland bost gauge upgrade...

Looks exactly like the one I bought... except I don't really know waht the big differences in looks are with the upgrades, I assumed there wasn't a noticeable difference. (besides looking under the hood. I just know that Ford puts the stage 2 etc badges on the ass end of them)
There is no superchaged decal on mine, just the ion red line decal. I want to fill in the big saturn lettering on the bumper though. Has that been done? I haven't seen any threads on it

omg!!!i hope that the car that you bought looks at least a little better than the one in the pics!!..usually the 'saturn' ion the rear bumper is alreadt filled in with red lettering....at least mine was....oh...i trashed those letters too!...colm
