Dang. Without a baseline, that's a bit of a let-down. I'm not suprised about the low torque #s with a 3" exhaust but you're roughly 25 ponies higher than what most dyno stock with full exhaust, AND TB, & intake.

I guess it'd pay-off once you add the stage kits/smaller pulley.

I would like to see a dyno with our full exhaust and the car running a pulley.

Everyone says the true gains will be seen with a pulley...stay tuned, it's all in the works. If I didn't have to head overseas again next week, I'd jump on it sooner, but it won't be for another month or so when I get back that I'll be able to get on it.

Will they sell this header seperately, or with a "test pipe" instead of the cat down-pipe?

Well in a week willy I'm giving you a call because I'll be ready to order my header with the downpipe.=) I also have a 2.9 billet pulley and 2.5 magnaflow exhaust and so on..I'm curious to see what my gains will be with your header.

The tq will go up when you can get more air in, the pulley is a good example... the TB is of little hp value. Not until the numbers climb into the 300 whp range. Si he made about 20-25 hp with the exhaust and intake. Not too bad. Start pushing 17psi and see what it does for ya...

on a stock dohc neon moving up to a 60mm tb would add 5-8hp on a stock car. a 52mm added about 3 (such a difference that putting a atx tb on a mtx car moves you into a street prepared class for autox). We move a ton more air than stock dohc neon. I think a larger tb will definately show gains.
