Air Fuel Ratio done the right way...

AEM offers one of the most cost effective standalone gauge kits on the market. It reads your AFR in real time with a digital and analog output. It uses a premium quality Bosch sensor, has a serial output for datalogging AND is 100% customizable with different color bezels and faces to match your interior. So if your out street tuning or just keeping an eye out on the car and what it's doin, this is a MUST.

In stock now.

Can it replace, or is it addition to, the built in narrow band sensor?

IE: do I pull the old one and run this to the ECM or do I have to mount a new plug for it and it's by itself?

You would need to get another bung put into the system and this would run as well as your stock ones.

Think of the other 2 needed by your ECU, and YOU need this for makign sure the new found power is good.

It's supposed to. I was stating that the sensor needs it's own bung added into your exhaust system

Actually, I think what was asked above, is if it can replace the stock front, O2 sensor... I THINK it can, but I'd want to double check that.

That's how I run mine, but it's not the AEM unit, but I believe I checked that the AEM one did as well.
