Island Dragway NJ

I saw two redlines at the track last night, one was blue the other was silver. They were both together, i saw a few runs, they were running 16.0@92mph for the few times i saw them run. Was that anyone here? I think that Island is a really slow track because i see alot of wrx's run high 14s low 15s there also.

Haha yeah, it was not a strong showing for the RL's, there was a brand new Z06 there running 12.1@118mph and a SRT-8 300M running 11.8@119mph on NOS. A couple SRT-4 running real high mphs but not so good ET's, one was running 14.4@109mph, time to get some slicks lol.

Ouch, is that just bad prep or a bad track, or just bad drivers all around? I guess the vette and 300m were good times, but i'm not sure what they should be running.

I've seen some real fast cars go REAL slow at my time attack races... Twice, there have been people in new(er) Corvettes that were holding me up in practice... and I know I am not THAT fast!

I know that people run at englishtown on a average of 3 or so tenths faster. That doesn't make the track horribly slow, but it does make it a little slower. The vette was bone stock and i have seen them running mid 11s stock, so i guess his time was good but not amazing. As for the RL's must have just been terrible drivers becasue those times are just way to far off.
