Earned some respect today

I just got back from the track, and wow it was fun. The track I go to is at 6000 ft, so all the times are going to seem slow to everyone.

My best of the day: 15.1
My competition:
00 GTP: 15.8
05 GT Mustang: (had to be an auto) 15.5
04 ZO6: 14.8
03 Celica: 17.2
98 Sunfire: 18.2
00 Civic Si: 15.9

EDIT: How could I forget, SRT-4: 15.4

you got a better time than a srt-4. good shit. SRT4 driver must not be able to drive at all. Does he even have a drivers license?! I saw a STi run 15.9 once. He was the laughing stock of the day. Even the announcers commented on his shitty ass time. He pulled like a 0-60" in like 2.7. Everyone was like WTF! A slightly modded crx that day pulled a 15.5 w/ a lower 0-60" time.

Haha that would be sad to see an STi run that kind of a time. What's up with the Z06? Aren't they supposed to be a bit higher than 14.8?? I might not have known how to drive too well either, even taking the 6000ft into effect.

The car was new to him (temp tags), but remember that NA cars suffer more in altitude than FI cars.

True

That is very true. Luckily I live 300ft above sea level, I don't have to deal with that shit.

Looks like you put a curse on the Z06 or he was a paraplegic from mid 12's to high 14's thats worse than a srt-4 running a 15.4.
