at cruise there is usually only a 15-20 degree difference between the iat1 and iat2.

which leads me to a peculiar behaviour that I discovered recently (or at least I never really noticed before) where my iat1's do a little rollercoaster thing whenever I floor it.
for example, if I'm cruising along and iat1 reads 88, then I floor it and iat1 rapidly drops 10degrees to about 78, and during the runup through wot the iat1's will rise about 10 degrees higher then the cruise temp, so 98 for example.

I haven't been able to figure out what causes these temperature variations on iat1. afterall, it's just sucking air out of the wheel well.

He said this about 2 days ago.

Read his posts. Conservative tune with pump gas vs race tune with race gas. And he is having problems supplying enough fuel.

Reading > You

my_bad.. nice times, can't wait to see what you can do when you finish tuning and start running race gas [and hopefully can find a way to supply enough fuel]

*Damn you Dains and posting before me.. yes I shortened your name and there is nothing you can do about it*

don't overlook the fact that the TVS has only been down the track 5 times in its entire existence so far.
(yes - that's 5 times only - on planet Earth and the entire universe as we know it!)
AND it was on a cold track that has been closed for the past 6 months,
AND it was running on a street tune with pump gas and meth injection

Compare that to the M62 times and traps which were acquired over 2+ seasons on a well groomed sticky track, with hundreds of consecutive runs, on a track-only tune with race gas and meth injection.
(and that M62 was maxed out and screaming for mercy!)

The TVS has only dipped its toe in the waters....

He's mentioned the LSD before in this thread.

LSD's are for turning, not straight line and the difference would likely be minimal.

LSDs are for straight line if he's losing traction. With slicks and all the other shit he has, he's probably not.
