Going to great lakes dragway

goin there on wednesday to race my buddy and his s2000,ive never been to a drag strip befor ,so u guys got any advice for me

hey just got back my best time was 14.41, is that good

If your stock yes, if not it depends.

Good ole GLD. Not a bad place.

Feather/slip the clutch when you launch, dont just mash on it. Worry about your 60' times, that is king and has a dramatic affect on your overall ET.

Find a good center line thats laid down and follow it =)

im stage 2 ,most my 60'ft times were around 2.3,i have trouble with wheel hop,ik i never oncer went fullthrottle in first
and i might b there on the 20th

to get rid of hop, get some solid motor mounts & front strut bar to start. Traction bars will help as well.

Right photo, If you get traction bars thats a HUGE HELP and they are pretty cheap and they work wonders!

Good dude go the 20th but get there early if you can. I should be up there around 3 or so.

by strut bar are you talking about the strut tower brace?
ive tried to pm that guy who makes them but have never heard anythign back
