Dead line for 06 Red Line

I am getting a Red Line soon but want to get it as late as possible to try and save more for a down payment and try to get a little better credit. does anyone know the dead line for ordering a custom 06 RL from the dealer?

yes it was about 2 months ago

07's will be ready to order in about 3 months and if you get an 07 you don't get the awsome seats we all have

And you missed out on the $1250 cash back that ended in April. Redline's are all over the place with the real juicy optioned ones left in stock. Now try to find a Competition package Redline and you will not be having fun. I had mine hauled in from a dealer 200+ miles away. I did my own searching and found one with the options I wanted online and bought the car sight unseen as there was only 2 of them within a reasonable shipping distance from Minneapolis.

If you want a Competition package Redline with Recaro seats, you better jump on the ball and find one now. Call your local dealer and ask what incentives are on now or what's going to be going on next month, but you snooze, you loose with these cars.

Note: I highly recommend the Competition package as it comes with the posi differential and there is a huge difference in traction between the non-comp RL with no posi and the comp RL with the posi. The non-comp RL will blow the tires off way too easily while the comp RL will just hook up and go. I drove them both for comparison.

Anyone have any idea how much it would cost to take out the 07 RL seats and put the recaro in?

Last I read the Recaros were 1400 apiece.

Or you could just wait 'till I get my Sparco seats and buy my Recaros later this summer...unless someone else pulls the trigger and buys them from me.
