How the other half lives

So... RL's in the shop, and they gave me a loaner car: 2002 Saturn SL1A.

Man, this thing won't go. It won't stop (which is pretty shocking for a car that won't go.) It won't corner. I won't be able to take my friend to lunch tomorrow, b/c there's a hill between my office and restaurant and I don't think the car will make it w/ both of us in it.

How on earth do people do it?!?!?!

It's some grey/blue piece. I think the window motors have more torque than the engine.

BCM is going bad. Right window scratched my tint. A/C Recirculation stopped working (which is prolly the fault of Best Buy or Circuit City, since it stopped working when they were attempting to install my stereo)

Yeah... it's all TSB stuff. I'm hoping they'll take pity on me and fix the recirc. since the car's been there 104 times in 2 yrs.

I tried one back in 91. Never set foot in a Saturn dealer for 13 more years.

Talk to Matt Beckman the service manager, he knows that car very well. Tell him it pulls to the left and I am sure he will scream and run out into moving traffic.

Hehe, I drove a Corolla recently when I was on travel. That thing was like a wind-up toy. When I picked up my RL at the airport, I just wanted to drive and drive and drive!

I talked to him a few weeks ago, when I stopped in to get a printout of all the work performed on the car. Seems like a nice guy.
