Question Exhausts, Stage Kits, and Warranties, Oh My!

Okay, I've been thinking about doing some more upgrades to my car, but I have run into a few questions. here they are, hopefully I can get some answers.

1. What is the best exhaust set up (performance-wise)?
I know there's been alot of discussion, and I seem to recall hearing that one effective way is to just get a Rear-section (Axleback) exhaust. Is that probably the best bang for your buck?

2. My local Saturn dealership (Saturn of Des Moines) is not a GMPP dealer. There are a couple in my town though, one of which being Karl's Chevorlet. (Karl's is one of the biggest Chevy dealers I know of). They are a GMPP dealer, so do you guys think that they would be able to install any of the Stage Kits if i got them there?

3. Another question I have that goes along with that is would my regular Saturn of DM dealership have any records of my Stage Kit upgrades, since I got it done at a Chevy dealer? Would they be likely to refuse service even if covered under my regular warranty?

I guess those are about all of my questions. Any advise or opinions would be appreciated!

I would just search around the forums honestly, you are looking into too controversal of a discussion and too vast I think. You can pick something and one person will agree, one will contradict you.

Magnaflow or Corsa, doesnt matter really. I have the magnaflow and it sounds good, if you get Corsa get the touring or it will sound like ass. Anyone that has heard thier sport setup, try and argue that, lol.

Yes, but some setups sound good some sound like rasp and a half

Saturn CAN install it and CAN warranty it but WILL they is the big thing, each dealer is different. As for your "big" chevy dealer, see above. Some think Saturns aren't for performance and wont touch them, no matter what. You have to go into your Saturn dealer and be nice and courteous and inform them about these "stage kits" you speak of, lol

Everything is logged under your VIN and will be retrieved under ANY work done to your car at a GM dealership. As I stated before, each dealer is different and you must speak to your Service Manager prior to you modding your car to see what he "thinks" of your plans
