Who all has ordered from ZZPerformance, and did their service suck?

Just curious. I have an order in and they claim it was shipped on the 12th. USPS says they received electronic info, but never shipped an actual item. Anyone else go through this kind of stuff with them?

I've ordered a few things from them and their shipping has been incredibly fast - like it's shipped before you hang up the phone it seems....lol

I'm currently awaiting a warranty return/replacement of one item though, they offered to refund it immediately but I chose to wait a little while as they redevelop the item...hopefully soon....I'm anxious

Their site automatically runs a tracker through UPS, but the shipping info on my order gave a USPS tracking number. It works with USPS, UPS says it is not a valid tracking number. This is not a great distance, Grand Rapids MI to Cleveland, OH., unless USPS strapped it on the back of a mule and pointed it southeast.

UPDATE - Pkg finally arrived after 11 DAYS!

Got the PRIORITY mail pkg in the mail today, 11 days after it was supposedly mailed. Grand Rapids to Cleveland must be one mutha of a mail route to take that long.

Shipping problems aside, the part is excellent and is of top notch quality. To this, I give a big hats off to ZZ Performance. This was the TOG header adaptor, laser cut from stainless steel to allow the use of regular gaskets.

The part is all or more than I expected, so I'd give them a try again on another product, just maybe have it UPS'd next time instead.
