**Associations Only** National Meet Details Conference Chat

Alright, apparently I disappear for a day, and this "meet" thing blows up to multiple threads and 10s of pages!

I think everyone knows this has the potential to blow up into something HUGE, and RME is going to need ALL the help they can get in pulling it off. In order for details to be hammered out, ALL associations willing/wanting to participate NEED to pick a time/date to get everyone together via phone or group chat session to discuss and brainstorm some ideas.

ASSOCIATION leadership ONLY...post up dates/times that you are available to do this so that we can organize this and get RME off and running with their planning.

I'd say make sure you can be available for an hour or two, and be prepared to talk about dates/times for the meet, events to be held and locations (RME will choose), as well as HOW this will be funded.

There WILL be SEVERAL different facets of this meet and pulling it off, aside from the logistics that RME will take lead on...EACH club/group/association will need to take the lead on a specific angle in order to get things done and help RME out.

PLEASE, do not jack this thread...if we WANT this meet to happen, it's going to take some focused attention.

Great job MGM... I think we also need to take down the thread for where it will be held. People are still voting and giving thier 2 cents on the issue and I think we have already chose a location. I am looking forward to a chat session with everyones participation. RME had a manditory meeting today and all of our members are excited and ready to help in ANY way they can. We have also planned on trying to pick up some of the caravans at our major colorado entrance facilities! The sooner we get this going the better! I would like to have 90% of the work done by the begining of winter!

One-on-one communications is NOT what we're going for here...the idea is to get MORE minds together and get some GOOD thoughts and ideas on the table. At that point, we'll have a good idea of what needs to be done, by when, and by whom.

Once we get some of the details down, we can post the info up and people can start making their plans/arrangements.

The best thing is to get the best plan together with everyone who wants to help. RME would have been helping in anyway that we could if the site was elsewhere and hosted elsewhere. While speaking with MGM he had a great idea to switch it up every year and change locations. The three founding members of RME Mike, Dave, and Myself will be helping when and where we can with future events not just this event.

We all have thoughts and Idea but it would be great to get them all and have all the clubs organized into a chat session so we all come out happy and organized as to what will happen in 2007! It would be great to come up with a name right now on our site we are just calling it the national ecotec meet.

many things need to be discussed and we cant leave anyone club out!
