Shift knob on Saab 9-3's

I was checking out the Saab site and noticed this. Not sure if anyone else had noticed but it seems they also have our same shift knobs. I wonder if they've had the "shift knob pop out" issue as well.

There's a TSB out for it.

I had it happen to me and the dealer took care of it with this TSB.

I think this might've been an '04 issue only so we must've been the first one's to use this knob and then they realized the adhesive they used to use was no good. I could be wrong though, someone will correct me.

On a side note, those 9-3's are real nice cars. Bet your friend likes his!
