Arrow Ok so my car is going back to saturn (fullthrottles latest episode with saturn)

Ok im not going to tell the whole story but, i talked with saturns area manager in TN. her name is sue. sur spoke to brad whos the service manager at saturn of el cajon, the one who said that he didnt want my car in his shop. any way sue has agreed to completly pay for the rental car so thats a plus. anyway, we've came to the agreement that saturn of el cajon is going to remove my tranny for a third time in less then a month and look to see if its my clutch that making a grinding/rubbing/ i dont know what the FU** noise or if its the transmission which myself and now the service manager seem to think it is. if it is the tranny saturn has agreed to completly cover it under my warranty despite my mods. if its not and its the clutch then clutchmasters is going to pay for it. they just doint know it yet. the way i see it, the clutch was professionally installed at a dealership so i dont see why clutchmasters wont cover it if indeed it is a clutch defect.

so wish me luck. to be honest im hoping that the tranny is bad. just for my sake cuz the wife said if we have to put anymore money into the car, then we are going to sell it. she said she dont care if we take a loss. I said if im selling the car im getting a camaro when it comes out. ( if you dont like the camaro just save your breath/ keyboard because I dont care)

Good luck! I'm glad you were able to get something worked out with the regional rep.

Oh and BTW...the camaro is ugly as hell!!!

Just kidding, it is a beast!! Although the Dodge Challenger is a very sharp car as well!

It's unfortunate that most of our hardcore modders end up dumping the RL for something else. NavyMitch, Sinister, & now maybe you. That stinks. Hope they get it right. 3rd time's a charm.

OK HERES THE LATEST WITH MY CAR

Ok so I got a call from my service advisor today. The transmission has been torn apart. its pretty worn out. ( I didn't ask what exactly was worn out) anyway, they're going to cover the new transmission under warranty. thats a bonus in my book expecially when it comes to telling my wife. LOL However, when I spoke with my service advisor he said they were going to be replacing some components in the trans. when I spoke with the area manager she said they were replacing the transmission. So I'm not 100% sure whats going to be done. I dont know if the tranny is going to be replace alltogether or if they're only going to replace certain components. Either way I dont care I just want my car to work right. I tried to call my service advisor but he had already went home for the day. I'm going to try again tomorrow just to make sure that way I know whats going on. I must say though Its been a little headache Saturn Of El Cajon and thier staff and the Corperate personell of Saturn have came through big time on this one. Lets just prey that my transmission works as it should and that I have no more problems with it.
