What is the "driver mod"?

i thought if i have the "driver mod" it means the other driver sucked at driving.

Driver Mod= A "mod" of having a driver who is very comfortable with the car and knows the car as far as when to shift, how to shift smoothly...pretty much becoming one with the car, having tunnell vision and focusing on that one thing...little embelished but there ya go.
