and i had 2 mustang a 86gt 5speed and a 91auto gt and when i got beat by my friends beretta gtz i realized that fords musclecar was slow. its always been at the back of the pack peformance wise and has always costed more than the competition.

A 91 auto and even if convertible would least run 15.5 and thats better then any stock Beretta...lol..always at the bottom of the pack?? go back and look in the 80's. Car and driver did a comparison of the 87gt versus and 87 irock. Even with a bigger engine it still got its ass kicked. An 87 stock irock that drives around here ran 15.4. I have never seen an 87 or newer gt run that slow with a 5 speed.

Based on my weight and trap i am hitting around 255 horses. yes a 99 with some minor mods will hang with a stock auto 96-98 not a 5 speed tho. Oh yeah how much horses does ur have..anyways its not about the horses its how well u use them!

a 5speed gtz is 190hp dohc2.3 quad4 h.o. they run low low 15's stock 18's huh your funny maybe a 2.2 auto runnin on 3 cylinders. what track do you run at? i'm in chicago and usually run a route 66 or great lakes dragway in wisco.

No i meant i didnt get from 15.3 to 14.8 with the factory horses, which u say i am just now putting out 225 horses when thats what it came with!!! lol..No it wasnt a GTZ or whatever at the track. I run at kilkare in xenia ohio.

NEVER!

Yes there was a problem with the 99 cobra, ford fixed it with an updated intake manifold. The 305hp rating of the LS1 is a fallacy, you know as well as i it makes the same 345hp as the vette. Many stock '03 cobras are running mid 12's. A local guy ran 12.6@116 on a shitty Arizona track. Like i said before your delusional.

The cobra sold for $3000 less than the vette, but the vette costs way more than the cobra. Sounds like a dumbfuckled argument to me.

You bitch about the handling, but have you ever driven one? Even if you have I wouldn’t trust your opinion of the car, you probably think your economy shitbox handles well.... The '99+ stang gt's handle great out of the box, the cobra even better.
