Buying a Redline

Well there are 2 Redlines im looking at, a 2006 brand new one without the comp. package, blue with moonroof, they was 21,000 for it, then a used 2006 red one that was a demo car with the comp. package 6,000 miles they want 19,500 for, what should i do guys, im a newb to these cars so

That's a hard choice man. The comp package isn't just something that sounds good, it's all good, but demo cars (anything for that matter) are something I always tend to shy away from. Then again, others here will say go for it.

Ask about the 10% you SHOULD be getting off being it's an '06, reguardless of which you choose. There are signs posted all over your dealership that advertise this incentive.

yea

yea im going to test drive them both tomorrow, he was telling me the demo still had the 36k warranty and could get more blah blah blah blah ya know how they go

I would definetly go for the comp. See if you can chisle them down on the price though.

depending on what u want to do with the car, but the one witht he comp package is obviously the better deal your practically getting a free lsd. being that a quaife is like a $1,500 part plus installation. and the goofy looking ladder tack and oddly placed boost guage.

i had

i had an srt-4(aka the name) i wont do this right away, but what kinda upgrades/money would you have to dump into the car to get it to run with a STOCK srt-4

well if you went in with someone and bought hp tuners, you could tune our oh so shitty fuel curve and raise the rev-limiter and that would put us pretty close imo. which is right around $125 for two credits

hmmm

just remember here im new the whole supercharging aspect, there isnt any supercharger upgrades(pulley upgrades), intake, exhaust, ya know i just need a starting point
