here we go again

Aight, my rl i do belive is a lemon... i get nothing but PROBLEMS from the car i've always wanted (well since i first heard about the rl concept) its been in the shop 4 TIMES in the past month and a half i've had it: all with the same problem; it gets jerky at high rpms, loses power, and the check engine light comes on!!!! PLEASE HELP

what year if its last 8 of the vin #5z139240 & under There is a TSB#05-06-02-003 coolant charge pump electrical wires where wrong .

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say...

#1 If you have a stock intake, check the plastic for warpage.
#2 If you have a K&N, then throw it away and go back to stock.

no mods yet, car is still new (to me) not sure of the vin, im gonna go check that here in a minute... needless to say, im not happy

I have the KN CAI and i havent had problems "yet"...i get a lean code but nothing major

i dont have and OBD scanner, so i dont know the codes... as for the vin, i still havent checked... but the led says low coolant every now and then... so i think i have the VIN that has the messed up wiring... so help me GOD, if this is a lemon, im gonna freak

First off, give the dealer a chance to make it right. If they are not making any progress possibly take it to another dealer in your area. If you still are not getting anywhere I would look into what your states Lemon Law requirements are. I had mine for almost a year before I started the Lemon Law process. Good luck, hopefully the dealer can figure it out before you need to file the Lemon Law.
