High Speed Car Problems?

Well, last night I had something weird happen to me. AT the top of 4th and into 5th around 145ish, the rpms dropped 2 numbers and the car felt weird for a few seconds and then it kept going. I was racing a SC Benz I ran into and it was almost like the fuel cutoff for a second or so. I did just change my oil the day before not that I think it has anything to do with it.

Any ideas or anyone have the same problem in the past?

I hope so. I figured worse case scenario, I blew my motor. lol. It seemed fine when I was getting on it later that night on the way home.

Another funny story... When I changed my oil the other day, I forgot to reconnect that wire harness for the MAF sensor (I think) above the oil filter cap and only realized I did so after throwing 4 DTCs. That was a nice learning experience for me. I fixed it that same day though.

you'll know it if you blow your motor especially at that kind of speed RPM

The reason I thought that in the back of my mind if because when Alpha blew his, we had no idea for months. We always thought it was weird though how I was beating him and had half the parts he did. lol, that should have been a dead giveaway.
