thats what i heard too. I was hoping they'd put everything behind the steering wheel... or at least everything together. you have to look at your steering wheel to see the boost and to your right to see everything else... doesnt make much sense to me. I know saturn is just trying to be different... but theres a reason you dont scatter your gauges all over the place

Was their any other upgrades annouced at Sema for the Redline?

I hope that anyone that is going to put that more HP on the SRT-4 is going to build the motor up or it won't last long.

But that is pretty sweet.

As usual misinformation infests another one, I am sorry if the below comes off in the wrong way but people really need to educate themselves before posting...it would be like me stating the Redline will blow up at 250hp LOL

Please note that Mopar has just release the Mopar Stg3 upgrade which in bolt on form with the stock intake, exhaust and IC puts down 325whp on pump gas and 365whp on race gas...they have had this kit on test cars for well over 50,000miles without any failures and have run into the 11's consistently on slicks with the race gas engaged , imagine adding a 3 inch exhaust, larger IC and a CAI...easy 400hp.
Also note that to date their are MANY SRT4 owners in the 450+whp on the stock longbocks (many with 20,000 or more miles on the cars too), these motors are very strong and have forged internals in stock form though the pistons are the weakest link they are still good to around 600whp if you have a good tune...far from weak but still needs to be pointed out.

A company I deal with in the US put down 530whp and 565wtq last month and ran a 11.1 @ 136mph...again all on the STOCK longblock and stock suspension at that!

Hope this helps clear up some confusion...next time you will read before you post!

I am honestly hopeing you guys get the aftermarket support!! I mean it is a good platform to start off with and I can not see why companies would not make parts though so far its seems to be the case .

The domestics still rule the streets as of now

Just give me the LSD and the projector fog lights and I will be happy. As far as the boost gage/tach and the wheels go, I'd rather find my own. I'd prefer black to gun metal since I have a black RL. The boost gage/tach I'm unsure about the placement of it. I would have to really find a comfortable spot for it.
