Did anyone else's insurance go up?

Our policy just renewed and our payment went up $2 a month. When I called my insurance company, they said it's because the Saturn Ion Redline is now officially listed as discontinued. They also said because it is a limited production model parts will be harder to find for it if I ever got into an accident. I'm not too surprised or even upset about it. I was just wondering if anyone else got this news.

Mine went down about $20 a month. The older you get, cleaner your record, and higher your credit score is gets you better rates. I pay like $536 every 6 months for the redline and the civic.

I have USAA also...and also saw a bit of an increase but oh well...can't do anything about it. USAA still cheaper than any others for me.

I'm waiting to see if a 10-over & 12-over ticket cause it to go up. Technically, mine is registered as a QC3.

Mine went down $4. No idea why.

Makes sorta-kinda sense, though isn't it just our front and rear fascias, and the running board thingies, that set us apart from the regular QCs? And won't the RL body kit be avail. for non-s/c QC? And engine parts shouldn't matter much, given the Balt ss/sc. But even though it makes sense, I guess I see the insurance company's POV.

My wife and I are over 25 with completely clean records other than when out Windstar was rearended. (Not at fault) Both of us have credit scores over 720. When I called USAA, they gave me the explaination I posted earlier. Instead of paying $86/month for both vehicles with full coverage, we are now paying $88.

interesting...I pay $1176/year. I have high coverages (50/100/25) and a low deductable ($100).....I think I need to change that. I am paying too much.
