I pay $133 a month with a good student discount and no current tickets on my record through State Farm. And I have gotten great service though them.

There is alot that has to do with insurance. Age, where u live, what u drive, violations, who u get insured with, being on a family/group policy, etc, so it just depends. But age will decrease ur insurance the older u get.

Yeah I'd say you are being bent over and raped. But so is the rest of the single, male, 18-old crowd. I'm payin a little more than 2000 a year, with a clean record. I hear ya man, its a pain in the ass, and its completely absurd that we have to pay that much for something we 9 times out of 10 wont use

All you need in life is two things: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and it shouldn't, use duct tape.

Installed: K&N CAI, B&M shifter, IRotor cross drill rotors, Hawk pads, Vector 940 (soon hardwired)
Next up: CTI over axle bend with magnaflow

I don't mind...thats actually cheap here in cali considering i didn't qualify for ANY discounts...lol. Insurance is outrageous here!! Just like everything else. So i'm happy paying 135 w/a fucked up record and a sports car. I love that our cars are classified as compacts. Gets ya away with murder on ins. I'd pay 2x as much, easily, if i had a camaro or 'stang instead.

You're in FL, which is the #1 reason why it's high. Allstate is also not very "youthful driver" friendly.

You should get a free quote from Progressive, just to see where you stand.
